What is Reformer Pilates?
A dynamic, resistance-based workout using the Reformer machine that builds strength, mobility, and stability while being gentle on the joints.
Do I need experience to join a class?
Not at all! Our classes are suitable for all levels, and our instructors will guide you through modifications or progressions.
What should I wear/bring?
Wear comfortable workout clothes you can move in. Grip socks are required for safety (available to purchase at the studio). Bring water and your energy — we’ll take care of the rest!
How do I book a class?
You can book directly through our online booking app (Glofox) or via our Website.
Do you have offers or class packs?
Yes! We have an intro offer for new clients (2 classes for £22) plus flexible class packs and a VIP membership option.
Can I cancel or reschedule my class?
Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before class to receive your credit back. Transactions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late cancellations and no-shows result in the credit being forfeited.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes! We offer 1:1 and small group private bookings — perfect for tailored training or special events.
Where is Studio52 located?
You’ll find us at 17A Market Place, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, ST14 8HY. There is limited parking available right outside of the building, and there are car parks just a short walk from the studio. Some parking has time limits, so please make sure to check, to avoid any surprises.
Uttoxeter Bus Station is just a 5 minute walk from the studio.
How many people are in each class?
Our classes are intimate, with just 6 Reformers per session — so you’ll always get plenty of attention from your instructor.
I have an injury / I’m pregnant / I’m postnatal — can I join?
Yes, with medical clearance. Please let your instructor know beforehand so we can support you with the right modifications.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes early, especially if it’s your first class, so we can get you set up on the Reformer.
