Studio52 Membership Terms & Conditions
1.VIP Membership has a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3 months, you may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@studio52reformer.co.uk
2. Billing & Payments
Membership fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By signing up, you agree to allow Studio52 to charge your chosen payment method each month unless notice of cancellation is given.
Credit packs are non-refundable, non-transferable and no refunds are issued.
3. Class Booking & Attendance

Class bookings open 21 days in advance and are subject to availability.

We recommend early booking to secure your preferred class time.

Members may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before class without penalty.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your allowance.
4. Rollover Policy
Unused classes do not roll over into the following month. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Studio52 in case of illness or travel if notice is given.
5. Refunds & Transfers
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be given for unused classes, missed sessions, or failure to cancel on time.
6. Studio Etiquette & Safety

All members are required to wear grip socks during reformer classes.

Please arrive at 10 minutes before the start of class. Late arrivals may not be admitted.

Notify your instructor of any injuries, health changes, or concerns before class.
7. Waiver & Liability
All members must complete a waiver prior to attending their first class. Participation is at your own risk.
