Bundle & Membership Terms
Studio52 Terms & Conditions — Bundles & Memberships
1.VIP Membership has a minimum 2-month commitment. After the initial 2 months, you may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@studio52reformer.co.uk
- Membership credits do not roll over; all monthly credits must be used within the month they are issued.
- Additional credits may be purchased for £13 if needed.
2. Billing & Payments
Membership fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By signing up, you agree to allow Studio52 to charge your chosen payment method each month unless notice of cancellation is given.
Credit packs are non-refundable, non-transferable and no refunds are issued.
3. Class Booking & Attendance
Class bookings open 21 days in advance and are subject to availability.
We recommend early booking to secure your preferred class time.
Members may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before class without penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your allowance.
4. Bundle Packs (4, 8 & 12-Credit Packs)
Bundle packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Validity periods:
4-Pack: Valid for 2 months from date of purchase
8-Pack: Valid for 2 months from date of purchase
12-Pack: Valid for 3 months from date of purchase
Credits cannot be extended beyond the validity period except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness) and at the sole discretion of Studio52.
Expired credits cannot be reinstated.
5. Refunds & Transfers
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be given for unused classes, missed sessions, or failure to cancel on time. Refunds or credit returns will only be considered in cases of serious illness, with appropriate notice & evidence supplied.
6. Studio Etiquette & Safety
All members are required to wear grip socks during reformer classes.
Please arrive at 10 minutes before the start of class. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
Notify your instructor of any injuries, health changes, or concerns before class.
7. Waiver & Liability
All members must complete a waiver prior to attending their first class. Participation is at your own risk.
