Studio52 Class Updates ✨

We’re excited to share some new additions to the Studio52 timetable—designed to support more bodies, more stages of life, and more ways to move well.

🤍 Mama & Baby Reformer Pilates

Every Thursday at 12:00 noon
A gentle, supportive class for new mums to rebuild strength, improve posture, and move safely—while keeping baby close. No pressure, no rush, just time to reconnect with your body. New block starts 26th February, please message to secure a space as they are limited.

Mama & Baby Mat Pilates 🍼

Every Tuesday at 11:45am, a chance for new mums to have your baby much closer on the Mat as you rebuild your strength, improve posture and pelvic floor. New block starts 24th February, spaces are very limited.

🌱 New Beginner Pilates Classes – Starting March

If you’re new to Pilates, these classes are for you. Calm, slower paced, and beginner-friendly.

  • Mondays at 11:45am
  • Wednesdays at 11:45am

Small groups, clear guidance, and options always given—so you can start with confidence.

🔥 Introducing Evolve Classes

We’ve also added Evolve classes to the timetable on multiple days, giving members the opportunity to challenge themselves a little more as they progress.

Evolve is designed for those who feel ready to move beyond beginner level—while still being fully supported. Options are always offered, so you can work at the level that’s right for your body on the day.
